Undulations

I try not to talk politics but I guess it's time to fess up. I am a liberal Democrat and am dismayed about what is happening in the Trump administration and the threat to our democratic values.

And today, it hit home.

I received an email from the State Department informing me that a piece I lent last year to decorate the offices of our Mongolian consulate (Undulations) was being returned 3 years early because the Ambassador was returning to the states.

So sad!

Thank you for speaking up! On Rachel Maddow this week she read (at least parts) of a letter of a person who wrote a letter to be released regarding her concerns about the decimation of the State Department, and I would say it was a clarion call as to why this is being done as it is putting our country at risk in dangerous times. The numbers in State are declining precipitously across the board which does beg the question: Why? We do not have an ambassador in South Korea even. I find this very worrisome.
