Yesterday was the opening reception for the To Expand exhibit at the Teal Gallery in Breckinridge, CO. I drove up early to find the Beaver Run Conference and Resort Center so I could take a photo of one of my pieces hanging in their lobby. The piece is called “African Rain” and was made as a commission. This is a huge resort and full of skiers clomping around in their boots. So I was pleased to see that my piece was hung in a quiet corner of the upper lobby and was also lit by a spotlight (although it wasn’t turned on when I was there). Here are some photos in case you find yourself at this resort in the future and want to see it in person!
