I thought about my inspiration photo (see my previous post ) so I chose a deep purple instead of the red and LOVE it! I usually layer four fabrics but I realized I needed 5 to get the effects I’m going for. Still working on the color palette. I like the yellow but need a brighter/darker? color to add the dimension I’m looking for. Tried this combination but think it’s too RED! Back to the drawing boards. (But I’m loving the fraying I’m getting from the flower fabric!)

My Stupendous Stitching class went live on the Craftsy.com website on Friday, December 2nd and I’ve spent the last 10 days learning how to teach online using their platform and I’m having a great time!
Within hours, they enrolled more than 100 students and now, I am teaching more than 500 students across the world. Amazing!
