Teaching in Glenwood Springs

I just returned from Glenwood Springs, a city about 150 miles west of Denver, just past a spectacular canyon, full of steep red rocks and this week, white snow.

Online Teaching 3

The Craftsy crew arrived on Tuesday and filmed two days in my studio.  What a fun experience!  Their lights and cameras were everywhere.  It was hard not to trip over all the cords but we were nimble and nothing fell or was damaged!

Online Teaching 2

What a day.

Starting at 7:45am (way earlier than my life begins normally) I met the Craftsy crew at my studio and we bagan preparing to film my Stupendous Stitching online course.  I’m too tired to write a lot about the experience tonight but wanted to share a photo of the day with you.  More tomorrow!

Online Teaching

Under the Glass Top

As part of the Denver Arts Week celebration, Denver Arts & Venues created “Under the Glass Top” an artistic version of a circus at the Denver Performing Arts complex today.  I offered to give them my “Send in the Clowns” piece to add some visual art to the event and they accepted with excitement.  I went down to see how they displayed my art and they hung it on 3 of the Buell Balconies.  Here’s a photo of how it [...]
