Public Art Commission 1

This week, I was notified that I was one of 6 artists selected to be commissioned to create a work of art for the new Eastside Denver Department of Human Services building, opening on October 15th, 2011.

Wow.

Cherry Creek Art Festival

It’s the 4th of July weekend and time for the annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival.  It seems that this weekend is always hot so Lloyd and I scootered down early before the crowds arrived.  Not all the artists had their booths open but it’s a big fair and we saw a lot.
